Personal Counselling

I work with individuals through personal counselling. There are many issues which people
can experience as difficulties in their lives leading them to seeking support. Personal
counselling can allow an individual the opportunity to talk about the difficulties in their lives
and how this may be impacting on them, their family life, relationships and work.

The opportunity to talk about issues can allow for a greater understanding of what the
solutions may be but where solutions are not easily found the opportunity to talk can be a
release and people regularly comment on getting things off their chest in counselling
sessions.

There are many areas which find people seeking support in personal counselling. These include:

  • Mental health
  • Sexuality
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Bereavement
  • Parenting difficulties
  • Self-esteem
  • Self-confidence
  • Physical health
  • Work based stressed
  • Communication
  • The impact of addiction

This is not a complete list and it is important that if you feel there is a need to meet with a
Counsellor, to make contact and discuss your particular issues. I am happy to have this conversation during the initial phone call to clarify the issues and if there is anything I believe
can be supported more effectively in another service I will discuss this with you.

I am fully accredited with the IACP and can this listing can be viewed by clicking here.

The fee for a counselling appointment is €70.00
